The Earth hour

 Every moment is Earth hour. Every work of humans depending upon artificial means based on energy tempers the flow of nature. The period of lockdown has given this lesson very evidently . The rivers became clean without our efforts, atmosphere, air and sound pollution was minimal. In this forced nature friendly behaviour of humans gave many human friendly results. Many rare birds and animals came out when they found suitable atmosphere for them. But as the life started coming on track, the things started reversing. Hence, the nature has told us what it wants . Now it is upto humans to choose their way of life.The World wide fund for nature had taken an initiative years back as earth hour which is very likely to what nature told us during lockdown period. Let us understand it in a bird's eye view.The initiative of Earth hour by world wide fund for nature is very appreciable  and the entire world should stand behind this call .The last observed Earth  hour were partially successful but it needs much attention of people entire world to understand the the need of earth hour and observe it  very honestly as a gesture  of  regard to the mother nature. The quantum of multi-faceted pollution has become so dangerous that the climate has taken a drastic change all around the world. The melting glaciers are alarming. Air has become so polluted that it is causing so many diseases to humans and other organisms on the planet which is very e difficult to to cope with. The water borne diseases have increased and they have created so many problems to humans. It has been observed during last several years that so many changes have occurred in the nature which is difficult to understand . The world is is passing through the menace of coronavirus  and we are still much far away from making any  medicine to protect the the people from this disease. Bed  worse is the fact that in place of coming in to control it is is taking mutations and gradually becoming an unsolvable puzzle for scientists. Above all the situation of of pollution is very  alarming so we must take a serious note of it and do our best to bring change in our life style so that it may bring such changes in nature which are noticeable and become favourable to the planet. The serene nature and its pure cool breez and clean water flowing in rivers and fountains create such a beautiful music which is is a loving experience to the eyes and ears.If you want to observe the nature in its full Glory you have to enter into remote forest where no  voice or noise of human habitat , transport ,industries , and other man created sound you will be able to listen the sound of of stillness and serenity. The flowing river, the chirping Bird and blowing wind   create the beauty of nature and make you realise what you have lost in the search of development and new style of living . It is important to note that in this scenario the initiative of world wide fund for nature is very  timely initiative that we all must extend a warm welcome and co-operate and associate with the entire world. The last Earth hours and their results have been very encouraging and  motivating. It is worth to think it again with a new vision and move forward stepwise in planned manner to make it a grand success for the mother earth .If we  want to go ahead we must have plan to stop the entire world for 1 hour  in such a manner that everything is  still and stagnant between 8:30 to 9 .30 in the night of 26th March 2022. let us start it from today itself that we shall not put our vehicles on the road on  that night,  we shall not switch on any electrical appliances during that stipulated date and time, we shall keep off from the road and inside our homes, shut the markets , shops and every activities to observe the earth hour. It is very difficult to do so as the life today is very complex and not easy  to stop everything suddenly but when there is a question of life and death as we have seen during the pandemic of covid-19 the entire world had been bound to stop . It happened as we had no option except to stop everything. Similarly when there is a question of betterment of the earth it must be taken as the ultimate without thinking for any  option. To make it a grand success we have to plan it from today itself and ensure that everything goes stand still on that  Earth hour day . Not only this but we have to be observant to monitor the results it gives to the world . How does it  appear to our ears when there is no artificial sound in the  atmosphere and how does the  earth behaves during this time! You will be astonished to see the the behaviour pattern of the  atmosphere if you observe the earth hour with this sincerity. We have not to  stop here only but it should be made a practice that the time duration of earth hour may be extended gradually and be brought to a time span of 24 hour in a year and then we shall be able to see how beautiful  the universe was  100 years ago!!

This agenda can be taken up by the entire world and plan its movement accordingly so that nobody is bound  to come out from his home and operate any  electrical appliances, drive vehicles and switch on lights. The world wide fund for nature should ud take the initiative and give guidelines to the entire world to follow the pattern sincerely. All the governments in various Nations should issue guidelines to the natives to follow the guidelines strictly so that proper result can be obtained. It can become a grand success if every citizen and every nation takes it as a call to protect the earth , the mother nature and stop climate change.
